Our Smooth Mexican Decaf
Our Mexican mountain water decaf is a favourite for a late-night cup.
The Mountain water decaffeination process means that our beans are soaked in crystal clear water in order to expunge the caffeine from them. The water is then run through a filtration process in order to recover the flavours but discard the caffeine.
The process allows us to flush 99% of the caffeine and still have a strong body on our coffee and it is one of the favoured decaffeination processes that roasters use worldwide.
