The Roastr promise to you

Since our fresh coffee is roasted just for you we are unable to accept returns of your beans or grind. If you didn’t love your coffee please get in touch with us and we will do our utmost to make that right.

We are proud of our roasting process and most of our orders will be freshly roasted and shipped within 24-48 hours, depending on the time that you make your order.

What if I don’t love my coffee?

We understand that we have a great menu of roasts and beans and that where you might love some of our coffee, you might not love them all. If you don’t love yours get in touch with our Roastr team and we’ll make sure to get your something that you do love!

There’s a lot of coffee passion in this business, and we can go through a bit of what you might like and send you something you do.
